More About The Role
This is an exciting job opportunity for you as an Accounts Support Specialist in Peachtree City, GA, or US home-based, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.
- Work under limited supervision with considerable latitude to resolve customer issues internally and externally.
- Effectively manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by ensuring requests are coordinated and prioritized per contract.
- Utilize effective problem-solving skills, clear communication, and appropriate interpersonal interactions to execute SLAs.
- Work with Account Executives, Solutions Architects. and Capture Management on proposal/bid response.
- Formulate Project Take Offs, Competitive Product Cross, and identify local codes and standards,

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2 years of experience in customer support, service, applications, or estimation in a comparable environment
- Experience with lighting controls, Lumineers, and/or electrical products highly preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, documentation, reporting, and effective writing skills
- Ability to influence customers and stakeholders
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
