This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Product Manager onsite in Aurora, CO, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

• Manage a portfolio of lighting product offerings, translating business plans to define product marketing strategies; leads the strategic process of guiding a product from conception to market success.

• Implement product pricing and develop strategic pricing for the portfolio, benchmarking competition product ranges and pricing, while monitoring technical trends and product segment roadmaps.

• Maintain product portfolio and update product roadmaps and product information in relevant tools.

• Responsible for sales, margin, and profitability at product and brand levels.

• Promotecross functionalcollaboration, strategic focus, andorganizationalagility, working closely with customers, engineers, designers, factories, and sales teams to turn market needs into technically sound, commercially viable products.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or related field

• 5 years of marketing, engineering, sales, or product management experience in a technical or commercial field

• Proven track record of creating and delivering new products, solutions, and services while meeting/exceeding market and financial requirements

• Successfulinachieving exceptionalgrowthin complex, matrixorganizations

• Changeagent thatsupportsorganizationaleffectiveness, improvement, and development

• Able to travel up to 20%

Salary:$117,020 - 171,622 based on experience

Bonus:target bonus opportunity - 15%
