Role And Responsibilities
- Drive complex projects from design through delivery with full ownership and accountability.
- Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers to build innovative software solutions.
- Lead technical design, architecture discussions, and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Develop robust .NET back-end and front-end solutions following modern patterns and standards.
- Champion test-first and acceptance-criteria-driven development.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, continuous improvement, and mentoring other engineers.
- Ensure solutions meet key non-functional needs: performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
- Stay current with new technologies, trends, and best practices.
- 5–10 years of experience in software product development.
- Strong proficiency in .NET 4.8 , .NET Core, C# 10 , MS SQL Server (T-SQL).
- Experience working in hybrid/cloud environments—Azure preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps a plus).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and clean coding principles.
- Experience with Git, automated testing, design patterns, domain-driven design, and integration (REST/SOAP).
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to break down large initiatives into sprint-sized deliverables in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with security best practices, compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001), and secure coding.
- Bonus: Microsoft Certified Azure Developer / Azure DevOps Engineer.
