Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business reporting solutions & reports, providing clear, actionable insights to stakeholders across the company.
- Conduct data analysis and present insights that drive decisions for product features and business strategy.
- Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate product changes and optimize program performance.
- Use SQL and Python (including libraries like Pandas and NumPy) to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define data needs and deliver insights that improve business outcomes.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data and communicate findings in clear, accessible reports and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business reporting and data analysis, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and reporting and Python for data analysis and automation
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and visualizations with Tableau
- Strong understanding of A/B testing and experimentation
- Strong understanding of statistics and statistical analysis
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Business acumen with a focus on driving strategic decision-making through data insights.
- Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or AWS.
- Experience with experimentation or web analytics platforms (e.g.,Split.io, Heap).
- Familiarity with data science concepts such as machine learning or predictive analytics.
