The Role
The Customer Service Associate is central to how our clients experience this firm. You’ll manage account operations, coordinate with advisors and custodians, and ensure every interaction reflects our standard of care and professionalism. This is a high-visibility role for someone who is organized, proactive, and takes genuine pride in getting the details right.
What You’ll Do
- Onboard new clients and manage account openings, transfers, and money movement
- Process contributions, distributions, redemptions, and periodic investment plans
- Support servicing and processing of managed accounts, annuities, structured notes, and alternative investments
- Coordinate with custodians, product sponsors, and internal teams for seamless execution
- Assist with tax-related preparation and client communication
- Maintain compliance with MassMutual, agency, and regulatory standards
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients throughout the service lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year in wealth management or financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Polished, client-first communication style
Nice to have:
- Series 6 or 7 license
- Experience with Envestnet or Wealthscape/NFS
- Familiarity with eMoney or similar financial planning tools
- Fixed/variable annuity processing experience
- Exposure to structured notes or alternative investments
