This is an opportunity to build a real business within an established private wealth management practice serving high-net-worth professionals, business owners, and executives across Central Florida.
We are not looking for someone to “service accounts.”
We are looking for someone who wants to build a book, own relationships, and grow something meaningful over time.
If you are entrepreneurial, competitive, and serious about becoming a top-tier advisor, this role will give you the platform to do it.
If you are looking for structure, hand-holding, or a steady flow of inbound leads, this will not be a fit.
- Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Prospect consistently through referrals, centers of influence (CPAs, attorneys), and direct outreach
- Lead client meetings and deliver comprehensive advice across investments, tax strategy, retirement, and estate planning
- Develop and maintain a repeatable pipeline of qualified prospects
- Collaborate with the firm on planning strategies and client solutions
- Take full ownership of your growth, activity, and results
Within your first 12–18 months:
- You have built a consistent and measurable prospecting rhythm
- You are bringing in new ideal clients (not just taking what comes)
- You are managing relationships with confidence and professionalism
- You are earning trust and generating referrals organically
This is a performance-driven role. Outcomes matter.
- Self-starters who do not need to be told what to do
- Individuals with strong internal drive and a competitive mindset
- Professionals who are comfortable with uncertainty and long-term upside
- Advisors or sales professionals who want to build something of their own - not just maintain
- Those who rely on inbound leads to succeed
- Individuals who prefer structure over autonomy
- Candidates looking for a salaried or service-based role
- Anyone uncomfortable with prospecting, rejection, and accountability
- 2–7 years of experience in financial services, sales, or a client-facing role
- Experience working with affluent clients is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Demonstrated ability (or clear potential) to build relationships and generate business
- Licenses (Series 65, 66, or equivalent) are a plus, but not required
- Performance-based compensation
- Significant long-term upside tied directly to production and growth
- Opportunity to build and own a meaningful book of business over time
This role is designed for individuals who want to be rewarded for performance - not tenure.
- Focus on affluent, high-quality clients - not transactional volume
- Emphasis on advice, relationships, and long-term trust
- Entrepreneurial environment with autonomy and high expectations
- Clear path to building a real practice within a growing firm
