We are seeking a driven and client-focused Lead Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a financial professional who thrives in relationship management, strategic planning, and collaborative advisory environments.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients
• Provide technical support to Senior Advisors
• Lead and contribute to client meetings
• Execute and follow up on action items from client engagements
• Prepare comprehensive financial plans for client presentations
• Maintain ongoing client communication and service
• Review and preview meeting materials and client updates
• Develop investment and insurance strategies
• Participate in Investment Committee meetings
• Collaborate with administrative and operations teams to debrief meetings and ensure seamless execution

💼 Qualifications

• Level 1: 5 years of experience as a financial advisor
• Level 2: 7 years of experience as a financial advisor
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into client-friendly strategies
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
• Experience in financial planning, investments, and insurance strategies preferred

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Level 1 Potential Compensation: $122,000 (Base Bonus)
• Level 2 Potential Compensation: $144,000 (Base Bonus)
• Bonus compensation is performance-based and reflects overall production and contribution
• Comprehensive benefits package included
