Senior Product Line Manager

As a Senior Product Line Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining product strategy, guiding roadmap development, and aligning EG4’s product portfolio with market opportunities, customer needs, and long-term business direction. Your primary responsibility will be to translate market intelligence, customer insights, and industry trends into prioritized product features and portfolio strategies. You will serve as a key strategic bridge between market demands and engineering execution, helping shape the next generation of EG4 solar and energy storage equipment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct deep market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs
• Develop andmaintainproduct roadmaps aligned with market opportunities and business priorities
• Prioritize product features and development initiatives based on market impact, customer value, and portfolio strategy
• Support supply chain and domestic content strategy considerations as they relate to product planning
• Collaborate with engineering teams to guide product specifications, feature priorities, and development timelines
• Participatein cross-functional planning to ensure alignment between Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales
• Serve as a key “Voice of the Customer” and “Voice of the Market” within EG4
• Interface with Executive Management to provide insight into market trends, roadmap direction, and portfolio planning
• Monitor industry shifts, emerging technologies, and competitive movements to inform product direction
• Contribute to lifecycle planning, including product updates, revisions, and end-of-life strategy

Required Skills and Attributes: 

• Proventrack recordin product strategy, roadmap development, and cross-functional product planning
• Strong ability to translate market insights into actionable product direction
• Experience working with complex technical products and development teams
• Strong technical understanding of solar equipment, energy storage, or related electrical systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Line Management, or technical commercial roles, preferably in the solar or energy storage industry.
• Experience managing product budgets anddemonstratingmeasurable business results.
