Key Responsibilities
Product Management Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify customer pain points and translate them into product opportunities.
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform product direction.
- Prioritize features and requirements based on business impact and feasibility.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
- Define and track KPIs for product success and iterate based on user feedback.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while managing risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless product execution.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to set realistic expectations and maintain clear communication through regular status updates and reporting.
- Drive agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Identify roadblocks early and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- 8 years of experience in product management, project management, or business analysis within technology-driven companies.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or Product Owner (PO) is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
- Experience with roadmap planning, backlog grooming, and user story creation.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, FigJam, Trello, Visio, or Lucidchart.
- PMP, CSPO, or SAFe certifications are a plus.
- Remote Role with occasional travel to KSA, based on Project needs
- During the first 1–2 months, travel and on-site presence may be required for approximately 50–70% of the time. After that, travel will be as needed, depending on project requirements.
- This role requires flexibility to travel; candidates with very limited travel availability may not be a suitable fit.
