GGateway is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team and work remotely for one of our clients based in the MENA region. The Product Manager will define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while ensuring seamless execution of projects. This role demands a combination of product management and project management expertise, bridging the gap between stakeholders, development teams, and clients. The right candidate will ensure that software solutions meet business goals, maintain alignment with technical feasibility, and address market needs effectively.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in balancing both product strategy and project execution to drive successful outcomes. A deep understanding of software systems, project lifecycles, and client management is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify customer pain points and translate them into product opportunities.
• Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform product direction.
• Prioritize features and requirements based on business impact and feasibility.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
• Define and track KPIs for product success and iterate based on user feedback.
  
  

Project Management Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while managing risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless product execution.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to set realistic expectations and maintain clear communication through regular status updates and reporting.
• Drive agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and optimize processes for efficiency.
• Identify roadblocks early and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 8 years of experience in product management, project management, or business analysis within technology-driven companies.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or Product Owner (PO) is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Experience with roadmap planning, backlog grooming, and user story creation.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, FigJam, Trello, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• PMP, CSPO, or SAFe certifications are a plus.
  
  

Other Requirements:

• Remote Role with occasional travel to KSA, based on Project needs
• During the first 1–2 months, travel and on-site presence may be required for approximately 50–70% of the time. After that, travel will be as needed, depending on project requirements.
• This role requires flexibility to travel; candidates with very limited travel availability may not be a suitable fit.
• Long-term engagement, with potential for extended collaboration for strong senior profiles
