Signature Retail Services is seeking a Full- Time Dedicated Sales/Brand Ambassador to join our Team in Cumming, GA!
This is a Full-Time opportunity that provides a highly competitive starting pay rate of $21.00 to $23.00/hr, based on experience.
Position Overview:
Signature Retail Services is the industry's premier retail sales, merchandising, and fixture installation company operating throughout the US. In this position, you will have the opportunity to represent a nationally known brand of home improvement products in major National Home Improvement chains. As a Dedicated Sales- Brand Ambassador, you will report directly to the Program Manager. Your responsibilities will include traveling to a list of stores assigned in your territory, conducting product demonstrations, implementing merchandising and sales directives, fostering positive relationships with store personnel and customers, and communicating store needs daily regarding inventory and sales opportunities through a web-based reporting system.

Position Responsibilities:
- Use your personal vehicle to independently travel to and service retail stores within your assigned territory.
- Maintaining and merchandising authorized SKU's to approved layout and plan-o-gram.
- Attending and conducting in-store brand events.
- Serve as the product expert, providing knowledgeable support to both customers and store associates by answering questions and sharing key product details.
- Assess inventory needs to proactively suggest replenishment orders and coordinate with store personnel to meet demand.
- Completing sales service reports while in store.
- Ensure inventory is fully stocked by down-stocking products and managing shelf displays.
- This job description does not encompass all duties, activities, or responsibilities expected of the employee in this role. Employees may be assigned additional tasks as necessary to address absences, balance workloads, or as directed by a manager.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Access to a smartphone or tablet with email, and internet access to complete reports while in store.
- Available to work a day shift, Monday through Friday schedule.
- Proof of a valid driver's license and personal auto insurance coverage.
- Experience representing products sold in national home improvement retailers like ACE Hardware, The Home Depot, or Lowe's is a plus, but not required.
- Communicates effectively with management team and store customers.
- Demonstrates a strong passion for sales and enhancing brand awareness.
- Proficient in utilizing mobile technology for reporting in store.
- Some overnight travel may be required.
- This position involves duties such as lifting, bending, stooping, sitting, standing, walking, and safely climbing ladders.
- This position involves regular lifting requirements of 50 lbs without assistance throughout the shift.
