Role Summary
As an Inside Sales Brand Ambassador, you will serve as the voice of our brand to independent retailers across the U.S. Your mission is to grow revenue, nurture strong relationships, and expand brand visibility within boutique stores, gift shops, salons, specialty retailers, and design-forward independents.You will proactively engage new and existing wholesale accounts, introduce collections, recommend assortments based on buying history and trends, and drive reorders to ensure sell-through and category growth.This is a high-touch, consultative sales role focused on education, storytelling, and supporting retailers to succeed with our brand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Account Management & Outreach:
- Serve as customers’ internal point of contact for sales, working closely with the customer to gain insights into business opportunities
- Conduct outbound sales outreach via phone, email, and virtual appointments
- Reactivate lapsed accounts and nurture emerging retailers
- Grow average order size and reorder frequency through strategic assortment suggestions
- Meet assigned activity targets and sales goals
- Keep updated contacts, customer information and sales activities in the system
Brand Representation:
- Serve as a passionate brand ambassador, communicating product value, craftsmanship, sustainability, and story
- Present new launches, seasonal collections, and core assortment updates
- Support customers with merchandising ideas, bestsellers guidance, and educational tools
Customer Service:
- Maintain high touchpoints to ensure customer satisfaction and sell-through
- Resolve customer issues and manage/escalate concerns as appropriate
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team, product and marketing
Sales Operations & Reporting :
- Marketing at minimum 70 outgoing dialed calls daily to engage the customer
- Utilize internal systems to track pipeline, calls, follow-ups, and revenue
- Provide weekly activity and performance updates
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Inside sales experience (retail wholesale, fashion accessories, beauty, home décor, or lifestyle preferred)
- Relationship building, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Entrepreneurial minded person – ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a small team of dedicated people
- Highly coachable, goal-oriented, resilient, and motivated by growth
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Travel - 10 t0 20% travel as needed for tradeshows.
- This position is based in Marietta, GA and is a hybrid role. 3 days in office.
