Job Overview
- Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency.
- Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines.
- Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration.
- Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
- Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care.
- Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention.
Requirements
- Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN).
- Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner.
- Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families.
- Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day.
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
RN wage- $56/hr
LPN wage- $45/hr
