- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and developer for Stibo STEP (Master Data Management platform)
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Stibo STEP for insurance data needs
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Configure, customize, and optimize Stibo STEP workflows, data models, and integrations
- Develop and maintain interfaces between Stibo STEP and other business systems
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance within the Stibo MDM platform
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for Stibo STEP users
- Stay updated with Stibo STEP releases and best practices
- Produce technical documentation and deliver user training as needed
- Support ongoing enhancements and participate in system upgrades and testing
