Role: XStore Architect
Location: Nashville, TN
Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of Oracle XStore POS solutions.
- Customize and configure Oracle XStore applications and custom integrations
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Oracle XStore implementations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of Oracle XStore solutions.
- Conduct product demos and provide user training.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle XStore applications.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on the retail domain.
- Proficient in Oracle XStore POS solutions and skilled on Java and integration solutions
- Strong understanding of Java development, database connectivity, and payment integration.
- Strong expertise in Java development, including experience with Java SE, Java EE, and related frameworks.
- Experience with Java-based web services and RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in Java development tools and environments, such as Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, and Maven.
- Knowledge of Java performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of retail business processes and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
