Role: Java Lead Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week)
W2 COntract
Required Qualifications
- 9 years of experience in Java application development.
- 3 years of experience in a Technical Lead or Lead Developer role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17 and core Java concepts.
- Expertise in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
- Strong experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented principles.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
