What YOU will be responsible for as a Plumbing Service Technician:
- Providing EXCEPTIONAL service to our customers
- Diagnosing, repairing, maintaining plumbing systems and their components in residential applications
- Informing and educating customers about their systems and additional services we provide to benefit them
- Traveling to job sites and working closely with our dispatch team to keep customers informed throughout the process
- Learning the Signature Plumbing Technician Method (Don’t worry, we will train you to be successful!)
Residential Service Plumber Job Requirements:
- 5 years of residential plumbing experience
- Journeyman/Journeywoman and Master Plumbers welcomed
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Service call begins with diagnosing plumbing challenges then providing an estimate to close the sale
- Recommend repairs to customers
- Perform repairs and replacement of plumbing parts, fixtures, and water heaters
- Experience in drain cleaning, sewers and well pumps
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Must have a valid driver’s license with good record of driving
- Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
