What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plumber position at Encore Healthcare Services?

Encore at Parkside is currently hiring for a FT Plumber. The plumber is responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems across 3 communities. When not working on plumbing tasks, the plumber will assist with general maintenance duties.

Responsibilities:

Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues
Assist with general maintenance tasks (e.g., repairs, painting, landscaping)
Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure community standards
Travel between the 3 Encore Communities

Physical and Environmental Demands:

Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, temperatures vary)
Stand, kneel, and climb for extended periods
Wear PPE (personal protective equipment) as required

Requirements:

2 years of plumbing experience
Ability to work independently and with a team
