Role Description
The IT Manager will lead and manage the company’s information technology function, ensuring reliable, secure, and cost-effective systems and services that support business operations. This role oversees IT support, infrastructure, applications, vendor relationships, and technology planning, and the end-to-end preparation, validation, and secure delivery of mailing data files to support production jobs.
Pay Range
$110,000 - $130,000 annually
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in IT systems management, IT troubleshooting, and IT support
- Experience with network infrastructure and server management
- Knowledge in cybersecurity and implementing robust security protocols
- Ability to manage software deployments and updates across organizational systems
- Proficiency in vendor management and technology procurement
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Project management experience, including leading and implementing IT initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within IT
- Experience with SQL server databases, software development, and VB.net
- Experience with BCC Mail Manager, C and Post Office a plus
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
