Job Title: AML Analyst (SAR Writing & Investigations Required)Location: New Castle, DE (Hybrid)Duration: 6-Months with possible extensionWe're hiring an AML Analyst with hands-on SAR writing and financial investigations experience. This role is ideal for candidates who have independently reviewed alerts, conducted AML investigations, and drafted Suspicious Activity Reports in a regulated banking environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and investigate customer transactions for potential suspicious activityConduct AML investigations using internal bank systems, public records, and external databasesAnalyze transactional data and financial statements to identify unusual patternsIndependently write and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in compliance with regulatory requirementsDocument findings, research, and conclusions in the case management systemFollow up with internal and external points of contact to support investigationsRecommend account retention or closure when requiredPartner with internal compliance teams, business units, and law enforcement as neededRequired Qualifications1-5 years of AML/BSA investigations experienceStrong SAR writing experience (required - resumes without SAR experience will not be considered)Experience reviewing customer transactions and alerts for suspicious activityKnowledge of BSA/AML regulations, including FinCEN SAR requirements and OFACPreferred QualificationsCAMS certificationExperience working in banking or financial services environmentsFamiliarity with SEC, FINRA, FRB, and USA PATRIOT Act requirementsDexian stands at the forefront of Talent Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
