Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Construction Superintendent in managing day-to-day site operations

- Supervise and assist field crews, ensuring work meets project specs and timelines
- Perform regular site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
- Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
