We are looking for an organized, motivated Administrative & Sales Support Specialist to help keep our operations running smoothly while supporting customer accounts, sales, and service coordination.

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with customers, solving problems, and working as part of a team.

• Account Management: Maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts, respond to requests, follow up on open jobs, and ensure customers receive excellent service.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with customer communication, estimates, follow-ups, and tracking opportunities to help meet company goals.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, update customer information, enter orders, and keep job documentation organized.
• Purchasing & Inventory: Order supplies and materials as needed, prepare purchase orders, track orders, and coordinate with vendors to ensure materials arrive when needed.
• Permits & Compliance: Coordinate sign and lighting permits, track applications and approvals, and communicate with municipalities and customers to keep projects moving.
• Communication & Follow-Through: Keep customers and team members informed, manage deadlines, and follow tasks through to completion.
• Goal Achievement: Stay on top of daily priorities, meet deadlines, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in account management, administrative support, sales support, or customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without losing track of details.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
• Someone who enjoys working with customers and building long-term relationships.
• A team player who works well with others, accepts feedback, and helps the team succeed.
• Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and business management systems.

Bonus: Experience in the sign industry, sign repair, electrical services, or coordinating field service work is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
