Signarama is the world’s largest sign and graphics franchise, helping businesses stand out with custom signage, vehicle wraps, banners, interior branding, and more. We’re looking for a Client Account Specialist (CAS) to serve as the friendly, professional first point of contact for our customers.

This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that combines front-counter sales, account management, project coordination, and light administrative support. You’ll help turn customer ideas into high-quality signage while ensuring every project runs smoothly from quote to completion. Schedule

Full-time position – 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet walk-in customers and answer phones with a positive, professional attitude
  • Assess customer needs, provide recommendations, prepare accurate estimates, and close sales
  • Create work orders, process deposits/payments, and manage invoicing and billing
  • Coordinate projects with design, production, and installation teams
  • Communicate timelines, updates, and changes clearly to customers
  • Follow up on quotes, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle any issues promptly
  • Support marketing efforts (social media content, project photos, direct mail, etc.)
  • Maintain an organized, welcoming front office and showroom
  • Assist with general office tasks, quality control checks, and team support as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, sales, or administrative experience (sign/graphics industry experience is a plus but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office; willing to learn industry-specific software (POS, CRM, design tools)
  • Ability to multitask and stay positive in a busy environment
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant certifications preferred
  • Experience in the sign, graphics, printing, or marketing industry
  • Familiarity with design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar)
  • Experience with CRM systems, POS software, or project management tools
  • Proven sales track record (especially consultative or solution-based selling)
  • Basic understanding of branding, marketing, and visual communication
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
