Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across the Signal Mountain Athletic Club and attached Business Center. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for members, clients, and staff. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals committed to quality work. You will love working in our fun, friendly, and community driven atmosphere here at the SMAC!

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, hallways, restrooms, lobbies, and other common areas
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces to meet hygiene standards
• Restocking supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
• Properly handle cleaning equipment and chemicals following safety guidelines
• Adhere to established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility at all times

Requirements

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift light equipment or supplies as needed
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
• Ability to follow safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment use

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
