Optional Tweaks (based on what typically performs better on ZipRecruiter)
If you want to boost applicant quality, consider adding:
- A specific pay range (you already have a good one )

- A hook line like:
“Work on signs you’ll see all over town.”
If you want, I can also:
- Create a matching graphic ad (like your Facebook ones)
- Write a short version optimized for mobile
- Or tailor this specifically to your exact shop setup (channel letters vs cabinets vs structural weld-heavy work)
