Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Shop Fabricator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
You’ll play a key role in building high-quality play systems by fabricating, assembling, and finishing components that meet our high standards. Your work will help bring joy to children and families.
**For the first couple months of training you will get to live in Arizona with paid housing while our new manufacturing facility near Rigby Idaho is finished. We’ll move you back up to Idaho in July.
**Full time positions available for the summer with flexible options (and possibly part time options) available in the fall for those who are going to school.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble wood and/or metal components for play systems
- Operate shop tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and measurements for play set components
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Packaging and loading high end playsets that will be shipped to backyards across the nation.
- Identify and solve problems proactively in the fabrication process

Hours: Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm
Pay / Wage: 14 – 18 dollars per hour to start depending on experience. PTO, and other benefits for full time employees starting after 90 days.
