Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Representative based at our Lisle, IL and Brookfield, Wisconsin location.
The Customer Service Representative will provide assistance to customers by addressing their inquiries, solving issues effectively, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key day-to-day responsibilities include processing internet orders, email requests, managing customer accounts, handling customer communications, and contributing to customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to effectively address customer queries and provide solutions.
- Proven ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and enhance overall Customer Experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in a customer service or support role; experience in retail or wholesale industries is a plus.
- Proficiency with computer systems and customer support tools.
