Production Coordinator — Custom Sign Manufacturing
Stoutland, MO | $60,000/year | Monday through Friday - Overtime

Sign Fab builds custom signs for sign companies nationwide: channel letters, welded cabinets, LED displays, and custom logos. Every job is different, and every job moves through fab, paint, electrical, graphics, assembly, and shipping on a promised date. We need a leader who can rally the team and keep all of it moving.
If you've done this, you can do this job:
· Led a team of 15 or more to hit deadlines across multiple departments
· Caught bottlenecks before they turned into late orders
· Rallied people to solve a problem and kept the work moving
· Earned your team's trust and respect through how you show up every day
· Worked hand in hand with leadership to solve problems and keep goals on track
What it takes:
· 2 years in manufacturing, fabrication, or production (sign shops, metal fab, cabinetry, trailers, boats, or military logistics all count)
· Proven experience leading a team of 15 or more through a production process
· Experience scheduling or tracking work using ERP, scheduling software, or Excel
· Ability to read work orders or shop drawings
· On the floor every day, calm under pressure, and a leader people want to follow

Physical requirements: This role is on the production floor full time. Must be able to stand and walk throughout the shift. Lift up to 75 lbs
