Job Summary
Sign Fab Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Artwork Layout Associate to prepare and organize customer artwork for production. This position works closely with our graphics, CNC programming, and production teams to ensure artwork, layouts, job specifications, and production files are accurate and ready for manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Review and prepare customer artwork and layouts for production.
- Verify dimensions, specifications, and job information for accuracy.
- Prepare and organize artwork files, templates, and production documentation.
- Make basic adjustments to artwork and layouts as needed.
- Prepare files for CNC programming and other production processes.
- Communicate with graphics, programming, and production teams to resolve questions or missing information.
- Identify potential errors before jobs move into production.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital files.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn design and production software.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, graphic design, AutoCAD, CNC software, or manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
