Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Lead Installer at Sign Connection in Gastonia, NC. The Lead Installer will be responsible for overseeing the installation of signage, coordinating with client and the production team, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and managing installation schedules.
Qualifications
- Experience in sign installation, fabrication and construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprint and technical drawings
- Knowledge of electrical systems and installation
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- OSHA certification is a plus
