Duties

• Lead and supervise commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality execution.
• Read and interpret schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical drawings to accurately install systems.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure proper use of tools.
• Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards while maintaining a clean work environment.
• Assist in training junior technicians on HVAC installations

Experience

• Proven experience in the construction of the HVAC industry with a focus on commercial systems.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, including familiarity with schematics and HVAC design principles.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers preferred for transporting tools or equipment.
• Our work is mostly in fast food restaurants. The ideal candidate will be able to be the lead installer on new construction jobs.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
