Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee receiving, verifying shipments, storage, and inventory accuracy
- Coordinate daily stockroom activities (shipping, receiving, inventory control)
- Lead cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Monitor inventory usage and support replenishment planning
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Train, guide, and support team members
- Assist with issue resolution and general stockroom operations
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1 year of warehouse experience
- 1 year of leadership experience
- 2 years of warehouse experience
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - read, write, and speak
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
