Position Summary:

- Preventive Maintenance and Repairs (10%): ">
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment and systems. ">
- Adjust or replace worn or defective mechanisms and parts and reassemble repaired systems. ">
- Inspect maintenance systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, ensuring compliance with codes. ">
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems. ">
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring. ">
- Prepare technical reports to document preventive maintenance issues. ">
- Perform equipment failure analyses, including preventive and unscheduled maintenance. ">
- Maintain and secure a spare parts inventory, recommend purchasing maintenance equipment and supplies to improve processes and efficiencies. ">
- Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to enhance efficiency, capability, and yield. ">
- Observe and test system operation using gauges and instruments. ">
- Assist higher-level technicians as needed. ">
- Perform other duties as assigned. ">

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. ">
- Technical certification in Industrial Maintenance or a related field. ">
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem resolution skills. ">
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking). ">
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure. ">
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ">

- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and various shifts (1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd). ">
