We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our Senior Operations Director in managing the day-to-day operational needs of the firm. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless client experience through efficient account setup, servicing, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with opening and servicing investment accounts
- Support the Senior Operations Director with daily operational workflows and client requests
- Help manage and track client onboarding to ensure smooth and timely experience
- Coordinate paperwork, documentation, and follow-ups with clients and custodians
- Contribute to client experience initiatives, ensuring a high level of service and communication
- Assist with marketing efforts, including client communications, events, and outreach initiatives
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with firm and regulatory standards
- Work collaboratively with advisors and team members to support overall firm operations
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
