Job Title: Sales Coordinator FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Position: Full Time Department: Sales Location: Westborough, MA (In Office) Reports To: Director of SalesJob Summary: The Sales Coordinator provides support to the Sigma C sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating workflows, and ensuring efficient communication across departments. This role is pivotal in facilitating the smooth operation of an effective sales process and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and contracts in the CRM system. Draft, prepare, and send customer-facing emails and communications on behalf of the sales team. Ensure timely responses to all customer inquiries, routing or escalating issues when necessary. Support scheduling of site walks, teams calls, internal coordination meetings, and customer check-ins Assist in coordinating workflow between account management, operations, engineering, and project management. Aid in business development, marketing, and customer relation events. Support the on-boarding of new clients and assist with account management as needed. Assist with project take-offs, data collection, and initial scope development. Ensure all customer commitments made during the sales phase are communicated clearly to operations Obtain customer feedback (satisfaction level) during and at project completion, and report results. Assist account managers during project startup by organizing documentation, communicating customer requirements, and confirming deliverables. Assist project managers in special and/or materials purchasing. On occasion, provide operational support in the field.
