Your Impact
:In this role, you will provide significant leadership to S&S personnel, safety development, and drive continuing safety culture improvements in order to create and sustain an excellent safety culture. This role is responsible for management and oversight of all organizational safety aspects including liability and workers’ compensation claims for the Branson location. Specifically, you will do this by

Overseeing local safety requirements in Branson, aligning them with Sight & Sound’s Safety philosophy as led by the Lancaster Safety Manage - r.As part of the corporate Safety team, partnering with the Lancaster Safety team to develop and support safety projects for implementation of safety protocols and standards across our organizatio
- n.Identifying best practices and leading continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practice
- s.Providing technical advice, coaching, guidance, and mentoring to leaders and employees on safety initiatives as necessar

- t.Ensuring compliance with all applicable governmental regulations such as Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA
