What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Groundskeeper position at Sight & Sound Brand?

The Facilities Groundskeeper provides grounds maintenance services for Sight & Sound properties, maintains equipment and assists with general building maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide quality grounds maintenance for all Sight & Sound properties year-round. This would include cutting grass, weed-eating, gardening, weeding, tree maintenance, mulching, and snow and ice treatment and removal.
- Support in building and vehicle maintenance, as well as department operation equipment.
- Help to create and keep an orderly and clean work environment to include all grounds and facility working areas.
Prerequisites:
- Knowledge of grounds keeping duties including operating and maintaining the equipment
- Familiarity with fertilization and/or chemicals for foliage control and plant varieties and care.
- Valid Driver's License
