What You'll Do
- Represent clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies
- Advise individuals and families on debt relief strategies
- Attend hearings, creditor meetings, and court appearances
- Develop case strategies and guide clients through the bankruptcy process
- Collaborate with a dedicated support team and utilize modern legal technology
What We're Looking For
- Licensed attorney in good standing
- Bankruptcy experience preferred
- Strong communication and client counseling skills
- Comfortable with technology and process improvement

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
