Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday // 9:15am - 2:30pm.
Sifted set out to reimagine the office lunch hour, creating a data-driven experience that's designed for destination workplaces. Today, Sifted creates experiential lunch programs for high-growth, culture-centric companies. Brands who want to treat their staff to chef-made, hand-delivered lunches hire Sifted to provide a daily or weekly lunch in their office.
Sifted is hiring a customer experience-minded professional to deliver serve lunch and manage the on-site experience at our clients’ locations.
The ideal candidate is interested in pop-up events and values all the elements that contribute to an out-of-this-world event experience.
This role requires the use of a personal vehicle along with a valid drivers license and active insurance.
What You'll Be Doing
Shift: Weekdays
Weekly day range: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday // 9:15am - 2:30pm.
Eligibility : This position must maintain ServSafe Food Handler card (company-paid)
Work environment : This is a position based both in a commercial kitchen and on-site in client offices
Physical requirements : This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, the ability to stand for long periods of time, and the ability to bend, squat, and reach
Other: This role requires the use of a personal vehicle along with a valid drivers license and active insurance.
The Pay Range For This Role Is
18 - 18 USD per hour(Austin Kitchen)

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensuring every staff member is delighted
- Meeting w/ the culinary team at the kitchen to learn the menu, pick up lunch and deliver to the client’s office
- Creating an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client’s office using branded butcher paper and creativity
- Telling the story of the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on the paper
- Collecting feedback including specific metrics and report back to the Community Manager
- Suggesting ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience
- Has some food service experience, but not required
- Is detail oriented and looks for ways to have a positive impact on the customer experience
- Loves working fast-paced events and interacting with guests
- Enjoys building the Sifted brand and looks forward to representing it
- Is open to feedback and appreciates opportunities to improve personally and professionally
- Compensation : $18/hr
- 24 hours of PTO per year; paid company holidays
