As a Residential Services Direct Support Professional, you’ll be making a real, lasting difference every day. DSPs empower individuals with developmental disabilities by supporting daily living needs, ensuring safe transportation to medical and community activities, assisting with medication administration, and encouraging independence, confidence, and personal growth.
