What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and household tasks
- Encourage community involvement, recreation, and social engagement
- Help individuals achieve personal goals and increase independence
- Administer medications as trained and authorized
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records
- Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and team members
What We're Looking For
- Compassionate and dependable attitude
- Age 18 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background screenings and pre-employment requirements
