What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional PRN position at REM Community Services?
REM Ohio, a member of the Sevita family, provides services for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those with employment barriers.
Hire wage is $17 hourly
This position requires someone who has had a Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit) and a clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy.
Proof of full coverage vehicle insurance and reliable personal vehicle is required.
Positions include weekend shifts as scheduled

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent , proof of education is required
- Age Requirement: Minimum 18yrs of age
- Experience: Six months of experience Intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health preferred
- Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
- Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
