SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support an opportunity onsite at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

Essential Job Functions
Support Contract Closeout Activities
- Gather appropriate documents
- Provide advice, recommendations and support to program teams during the closeout process.
- Coordinate with Contractors, DCAA, ACO, PCO, and Program teams as necessary during the closeout process.
- Familiar with regulations and policy regarding closeout
- Partner with FM, Security, IT, Cyber, PK, and program teams to develop and maintain high-quality, compliant documentation
- Other Duties as necessary to complete closeout.

- Research & Analysis: Knowledge of acquisition techniques, including experience researching the FAR and related government policies and procedures, and analyzing information to provide recommendations to the acquisition team.
Desired Responsibilities
- Provide advice, recommendations, and document support to program teams throughout the acquisition requirements phase.
- Assist in the development and preparation of pre-award Statements of Work (SOW), Statements of Objective (SOO), and other requirements documents. This includes:
- Researching and drafting requirements and standards, including Performance-based Work Statements (PWS)
- Developing performance measures
- Providing consultation and recommendations
- Coordinating requirements documents with program teams
- Assist program teams in preparing Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), including researching past purchases, analyzing market data, and reviewing other agency acquisitions of similar products or services.
- Evaluate acquisition and programmatic strategies to ensure sound acquisition practices.
- Understand Data Rights and provide recommendations to the acquisition team.
- Develop and deliver briefings as required.
- Coordinate with program teams to ensure requirements are properly articulated, prioritized, and cost estimates are comprehensive and realistic.
- Provide price/cost evaluation support (no negotiation responsibilities).
- Work collaboratively with CO, DCAA, DCMA, program offices, and contractors to achieve optimal acquisition and contract administration outcomes.
Minimum Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 3 years of experience in closely related skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Top Secret / adjudicated Tier 5 Investigation required
- Onsite position - telework is not authorized
