Data Entry Operator

SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Data Entry Operatory to support an opportunity at Hill AFB, UT.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide administrative and operational support for depot maintenance activities.
• Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for assigned personnel.
• Analyze, interpret, categorize, and electronically enter depot maintenance information into Government database systems.
• Ensure all data entries are accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.
• Maintain familiarity with applicable Government data systems and required data-entry processes.
• Review and correlate program requirements to ensure necessary support is provided at the appropriate time and location.
• Coordinate administrative requirements across multiple programs and activities.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and related requirements for the Director, Operations Office, and technicians, as needed.
• Maintain organized and accurate administrative records and information.
• Provide additional administrative support as required to support depot maintenance operations

Minimum Position Requirements

• Previous experience working in data entry or administrative experience
• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with contractor personnel, Government representatives, supervisors, and management.
