SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Civil Engineer Lead to support an opportunity at Dyess AFB, TX.
Position Overview Section
The Civil Engineering Lead serves as the senior technical authority responsible for planning, managing, and executing complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure and facility projects supporting bomber operations, nuclear command and control systems, and aircraft operations. This role provides expert engineering oversight, project management, and advisory support across the full project lifecycle from requirements development and cost estimating through design review, construction, and closeout while ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements. The Civil Engineering Lead collaborates with diverse stakeholders, including government leadership, engineering firms, and military organizations, to deliver mission-critical projects, drive effective communication, and support strategic infrastructure planning and execution.
Qualifications:Minimum Position Requirements
- 3 years exp. In base-level MAJCOM or Component Command facility project planning, programming, and management.
- 5 years of exp. with engineering or project management support, documentation of engineering goals, objectives and requirements, and bomber infrastructure and/or military facility management;
- Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) undergraduate degree or ABET graduate STEM degree.
- Secret Clearance.
