Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced UKG Payroll Consultant to support payroll operations and system enhancements for MARS. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in UKG Pro Payroll, stakeholder collaboration, issue resolution, and automation through scripting. The consultant will manage payroll processes, security access, SSO setups, file transfers, and continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support payroll processes ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Collaborate with multi-region stakeholders to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Manage system access, security roles, and SSO configurations.
- Handle payroll file transfers and maintain high data integrity.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain scripts to automate payroll activities.
Ideal Requirements
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Technical expertise in UKG Pro Payroll, including:
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Security roles and access workflows
- File transfer processes and troubleshooting
- Scripting abilities to automate and optimize payroll workflows.
