Job Description
Our installers replace existing heating and air conditioning units and duct work in the residential retrofit market space. Installers are responsible for installing these units in the client's home with the attention to detail and professionalism with pride ourselves with at Sierra Pacific Home & Comfort. Working on two or three man teams, our installers are provided with the tools, equipment, and resources needed to complete these installations within the time frame and specifications illustrated by our pre-site engineers, design specialists and operations teams.

Responsibilities
- 5 Years Experience in Lead Install Position
- Skilled at every aspect of the replacement of HVAC Systems
- Working knowledge of city codes
- Design Duct Systems for Optimal Comfort and Efficiency
- Maintain rapport with customers, communicate details or work being performed and educate on use of new system(s)
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external)
- Responsible for training apprentice installation technicians on the job
- Ability to work overtime and on weekends if needed
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Ability to work in hot, cold, or wet climates depending on the weather
- Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders
- Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image
- Provide exceptional customer service while on the jobsite
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis
- Results drive in a high-energy environment
- Must be able to follow directions from management and work independently
