What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Service & Service Writing
- Welcome every customer with a smile and a can-do attitude—whether in person or on the phone!
- Schedule service appointments and jobs, making sure our technicians’ days run like clockwork and our customers are always in the know.
- Confirm appointments and keep customers updated on their boat’s progress—no one likes to be left guessing!
- Listen closely to customer needs, inspect boats together when possible, and capture every detail on the repair order.
- Get the green light from customers for all work—costs, timing, payment—so there are no surprises.
- Follow up after service to make sure every customer leaves happy and ready for their next adventure on the water.
- Handle questions, concerns, and even the occasional complaint with patience and positivity.
- Share leads with the sales team—because you never know when someone’s ready for an upgrade!
Parts Management
- Keep our parts department shipshape! Order, receive, stock, and sell parts with efficiency and flair.
- Stay on top of inventory—no one wants to wait for a part when the sun is shining and the water’s calling!
- Help customers and teammates find exactly what they need, every time.
- Process warranty claims and returns quickly and accurately.
- Dream up new ways to boost parts sales and keep our department buzzing.
- Build great relationships with vendors and suppliers—teamwork makes the dream work!
Scheduling & Team Support
- Balance the daily workload and schedule jobs so our service team can shine.
- Work hand-in-hand with technicians to make sure every job is done right and on time.
- Pitch in with inspections and water tests to guarantee top-quality service.
- Keep our dealership looking its best—clean, organized, and welcoming for all.
