What You Will Be Working On
- Managing and growing personal and business banking relationships.
- Identifying opportunities for additional banking products and services.
- Supporting small business banking and credit-related activities.
- Coordinating with internal teams on deposit, lending, and treasury solutions.
- Meeting clients both in the branch and throughout the Northern Nevada territory.
- Supporting accurate account documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Providing proactive follow-up and customer service.
What Type of Person Will Be Successful
- 5 years of banking or financial services experience.
- 3 years of relationship management, branch banking, business banking, or customer-facing banking experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with business and consumer banking products preferred.
- Able to work independently while effectively managing client relationships.
- Community bank, regional bank, credit union, business banking, or branch banking experience is encouraged.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally throughout Northern Nevada.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field preferred, or equivalent banking experience.
Location/Logistics: Reno, Nevada; in-office role with local client travel throughout Northern Nevada.
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
