We are seeking a Retail Store Manager who will be responsible for helping direct and manage all aspects of store operations and occasionally help out local stores that need assistance.
- Pay: Starting at $21.00 - $23.00 / hour DOE

What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare and balance daily reports, make deposits and maintain and balance inventory records on a computerized point-of-sale system. Update trend sheets, master spreadsheets and all daily paperwork
- Oversee merchandising, displays and signage. Ensure all prices on shelves have a price label and match scanned prices
- Participation in loss prevention control.
- Monitor sales and inventory trends to forecast sales and maintain adequate stock levels.
- Lead safety program for employees and customers to ensure a safe workplace
- Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, preparing and conducting performance evaluations; and handling employee relations issues with HR.
- Prepare work schedules, establish and implement work procedures and priorities.
- Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

What we’re looking for:
- 1 year retail customer service experience is required
- 2 year as a supervisor or manager of a retail store or gas station is preferred
- Superior customer service skills, and demonstrated ability to diffuse heated conversations
- Excellent judgment, ability to make quick decisions when necessary and willingness to obtain leadership approval when necessary.
