Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
o Lead end-to-end architecture design for enterprise data and analytics platforms.
o Define scalable, reliable, and secure data architecture patterns for structured and unstructured data.
o Design data integration frameworks, pipelines, and data models to support analytics and reporting.
Salesforce Data Integration
o Architect and implement solutions for ingesting and processing data from Salesforce platforms (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud).
o Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across Salesforce and downstream systems.
Cloud & Data Platforms
o Design and build scalable solutions leveraging modern cloud platforms (AWSAzureGoogle Cloud Platform).
o Implement data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouse architectures.
o Optimize data processing frameworks for performance and cost efficiency.
Analytics & Reporting
o Enable BI and reporting solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
o Ensure data availability and performance for downstream analytics and reporting teams.
o Support advanced analytics use cases including predictive and prescriptive analytics.
AI & Advanced Capabilities (Nice to Have)
o Contribute to AIML initiatives including data preparation for machine learning models.
o Drive adoption of AI-enabled analytics and automation solutions.
Stakeholder Management
o Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
o Translate business requirements into technical architecture and actionable road maps.
o Present architecture designs and solutions to senior leadership.
Governance & Best Practices
o Establish and enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards.
o Promote best practices in data modeling, ETLELT processes, and DevOps.
o Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, especially within the pharma domain.

Required Skills & Qualifications
10 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Analytics Platforms
Strong expertise in:
o Data architecture (data modeling, warehousing, integration)
o ETLELT tools and frameworks
o Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Proven experience in Salesforce data integration and architecture
Experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade data platforms
Knowledge of BIreporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
